Settings for clients not listed

There are thousands of different FTP clients available for pretty much every operating system all of which will work with our service. We cannot give exact details on setting every single one up, but if you read the manual and use the details given here, you shouldn't have any problems.

The FTP server address you should use is ftp.digital-crocus.com. The username and password you should use will be your main Digital Crocus account name and password. Some clients will ask for a home directory or starting directory. For this you should simply use "/" or leave it blank.

Upon connection to our server you will be placed in your home directory. From here you will be able to see sub-directories for each of the domains and sub-domains you have attached to your account. If you upload files into these directories, they will become visible online immediately. (You may have to hit refresh or ctrl+refresh in some cases.)

As always, if you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.
