SmartFTP setup guide

We recomend that you use SmartFTP to upload your website to our servers, it can be downloaded from here.

Install SmartFTP as normal and when the program has been installed please follow the steps below.

SmartFTP step 1

From the File menu select New Remote Browser, or press Ctrl+N.

SmartFTP step 2

Our FTP address is ftp.digital-crocus.com. Also enter your main username and password here.

SmartFTP step 3

Click on the green arrow to connect.

After logging in, you should see directories for each of your domain names; ensure you upload your files into these directories rather than the main folder - your website needs to be uploaded into a domain folder in order to appear online.
